2007 NYOFACE FOOTBALL LEAGUE CONSTITUTION: These were the basic rules going into the 2007 season as posted per oocities.org/nyofacerules/index.html. This site basically mirrored what I had on GEOCITIES.

ACTIVE ROSTER

• Salary Cap of $100
• Contract Cap of 70 years
• Starting Lineup (8 positions) - QB, RB, WR, TE, K, DEF, FLEX1 (RB or WR), FLEX2 (WR or TE)
• Backups (8 positions) - QB, RB, WR, TE, K, DEF, 2 open positions
• Optional Backups (4 open positions)

PRACTICE SQUAD

• Not counted against the Salary Cap
• Contact Cap of 30 years
• Maximum of 10 players with no positional restrictions
• Once promoted to Active Roster, the player cannot return to the Practice Squad.

COLLEGE DRAFT

• Six rounds starting in the 3rd week of July
• Order is determined by the previous season’s playoff results.
• For the 1st 2 rounds, each pick is allotted a time limit of 24 hours.
• College Draft picks are tradable two years in advance.

AUCTION DRAFT

• Held on an agreed upon date in August
• Draft is held for teams to sign Unrestricted Free Agents.
